Agreement To Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and Question Thinker Ltd, doing business as QTbox. The website www.qtbox.co.uk is owned and operated by Question Thinker Ltd, trading as QTbox. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘nab’, ‘our’ or ‘the website’ refer to QTbox. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 11623424) and our address for correspondence concerning your access to and the use of the Qtbox (www.qtbox.co.uk) website is: Question Thinker Ltd, Flat 4 St Annes Court, 13 Maroons Way, London, SE6 3QX, United Kingdom.
The Site provides the following services: Online gift and subscription box company that offers unique items delivered to our customers. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
Your use of this website (www.qtbox.co.uk) is at all times subject to our full terms and conditions applicable to your use of the website and all applicable laws. By accessing our website you agree to our terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must exit our website immediately.
We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notifying you, to change these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. The terms and conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website.
You agree not to hold us responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.
All prices that are displayed are inclusive of vat and postage.
Payments can be made by Pay Subscription Pro with WooCommerce (visa, visa electron, visa debit, mastercard, amex). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately on order. For rolling customers the correct amount will be debited monthly on the first day of the month.
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit/debit transactions on this site are processed using Pay Subscription Pro with WooCommerce, secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in secure host environments. If you are a registered QTbox user, we will not store your credit/debit card details on our systems.
If a payment is skipped, for any reason, you will be notified and payment will try to clear again within 5 days. If the payment is skipped for a second time, we will automatically cancel your account and you will have to manually set up payment again.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason we see viable. You will be notified if this is the case and a refund will be provided for any QTboxes not sent that have been paid for.
If your recurring payment skips and your account cancels and you wish to continue your subscriptions please be aware we might not be able to offer you your original price.
We currently use Hermes to deliver QTbox parcels. All parcels are sent within 1 – 3 working days of purchase. Subscriptions are sent out at the start of each quarter – January, April, July and October (unless stated otherwise).
We currently only accept subscriptions to U.K. addresses.
You may not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of QTbox.
It is the customer’s responsibility to report all lost QTbox packages within 14 days.
If you change address, you must contact us to ensure that no QTboxes are sent out to the wrong delivery address. Please ensure that this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will be liable for any QTboxes posted to the wrong address.
We reserve the right to cancel your membership if it becomes apparent that, in our sole opinion, the postal service in your area is too unreliable.
Postage and packaging is included in the subscription price so no parcels are tracked or insured. All parcels will be sent out using standard delivery with Hermes, however it is subject to the size and weight of the package. We reserve the right to send some packages as a different level of delivery.
Goods purchased from the shop with which standard delivery is selected, and then go missing are not our responsibility. Only if a tracked service is selected will we replace any missing items.
Returns and Replacements
All parcels returned to us (from either not being collected, incorrect delivery address or any other valid reason) can be re-sent to you. This will require an additional payment to cover the cost of second-time delivery.
If you are genuinely unhappy with your QTbox subscription, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. It must be returned to us in its original condition at your cost. We review every case individually.
If a refund is requested, it will be immediate and will minus the cost of the initial post and packaging fee.
Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement is sent out. If the fault is agreed, we will provide a replacement for the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any product.
All of our packages are wrapped with the utmost care and attention to give the product inside maximum protection so we can not be viable for any damage to the product in transit. However, each case is assessed individually. You might be eligible for a replacement QTbox should it not reach you in perfect condition.
If you wish to return a shop item and receive a full refund (minus the original postage cost) items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being received by you in re-sellable condition with their original packaging.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
There are two options for stopping a subscription:
You can now freeze a month of your month-to-month subscription at any given time if you are going away for a few months or just fancy taking a break. Your subscription will start back up after the skipped month. To freeze a month please contact us at email@example.com .
If you really wish to cancel rather than skip a month of the subscription, you can also do this from your account.
Loyalty Codes and Competitions
Any promotion code or offer provided on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present.
Promotion codes have no cash alternative and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
If you are a winner of a competition you must get in contact to provide a delivery address within one week to claim your prize, otherwise a new winner will be selected.
Please note that by supplying your/the recipient’s email address upon joining us you grant us permission to contact you via email regarding your account and any special offers or promotions that we may offer you from time to time.
