Shipments are made within 1 - 3 working days of purchase. If you subscribe, you will receive your new box at the beginning of each quarter - January, April, July and October.
Each box is filled with new and unique items that help make life simpler and save you time. Be prepared to be amazed with inventive new ways to solve lifes little problems.
We're sad that you want to cancel / freeze at the moment. To cancel simply login to your account, find the cancel membership tab and press cancel. You will then receive an email confirming your cancellation.
To freeze your subscription please send us an email to email@example.com stating your name. Please note you can only freeze your subscription one quarter at a time. After this your subscription will automatically resume.
Yes, previous quarter boxes are the same as the month they were first sold in. If we ever have any stock left these boxes and items will be put up for sale.
If you choose to subsribe, delivery on your first box is currently on us to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Scotland. From your second box (if you're a subscriber) or if you buy a stand-alone box, delivery is charged at £3.95.
Unfortunately QTbox doesn't have a passport right now, but it is definitely something we're looking into for the future!

If you are genuinely unhappy with your QTbox (which we are sure you won't be) then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your box. Items must be returned in their orginial condition at your cost for p&p. Please email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help.
